A 30-minute chat to understand your story, wedding date, preferred locations, and vision. We share mood-board references and 2-3 location shortlists.
Step 2

Planning call (2-3 weeks before shoot)

Final location lock-in, permission applications (we handle these), outfit coordination, and day-of logistics. We send you a full prep checklist.
Step 3

Shoot day.

We arrive 30 minutes early at the location. Shoots run 4-8 hours with natural breaks. We handle posing direction (or don’t some couples are naturals). Lunch is covered on full-day shoots.
Step 4

Preview (within 48 hours)

You receive 10-15 unedited previews on WhatsApp the same week.
Step 5

Final delivery (within 10 working days)

High-resolution edited photos via Google Drive, plus your cinematic highlight video. Ready to share with family, print, or upload to your wedding website.

Yes, Ameenpur Lake is literally next to our studio, and it’s one of our favourite local spots. It’s a biodiversity heritage site with migratory birds in winter and beautiful golden-hour light. Minimal permission hassle and very affordable. Ideal for couples wanting a nature-themed shoot in West Hyderabad.

We provide wardrobe styling guidance and have a studio wardrobe you can use at no extra cost. Makeup artists are not included in our base packages, but we can recommend and coordinate trusted MUAs in Hyderabad. Add-on makeup services typically cost ₹5,000 to ₹15,000.

Yes. We’ve done destination shoots in Araku, Goa, Jaipur, Udaipur, and Kerala. For destination shoots, travel and accommodation costs for our team are added to the package, disclosed upfront.

Yes. For heritage locations (Golconda, Chowmahalla, Qutb Shahi Tombs, Falaknuma, Ramoji) and restricted areas, we apply for and manage permissions on your behalf. Permission fees are billed at actuals. Free locations (Necklace Road, Ameenpur Lake, KBR) don’t require formal permits.

Yes, where legally permitted. Some heritage and restricted locations prohibit drones (Golconda Fort, airport-adjacent areas like Falaknuma). We’ll confirm drone feasibility during the planning call and include drone coverage in packages where allowed.

Both. Every package above our Essentials tier includes a cinematic highlight video (60 seconds to 3 minutes, set to music). Raw video footage is available as an add-on. Full-length edited films (5-7 minutes) are available for Grand and Destination packages.

We reschedule at no extra cost if outdoor conditions are genuinely unworkable. Alternatively, we shift to indoor studio shooting with full wardrobe and set support. We check weather forecasts 48 hours before every shoot.
